This is interesting for anyone looking for coping mechanisms for pain. I've been doing meditation for a couple of months now and find that it really helps with relaxation and to help deal with pain.

I have gone for BioFeedback and it does help with pain. Unless the pain is so bad that I am unable to concentrate on the biofeedback! It does lesson the pain and anxiety. Deepak Chopra is someone you can look up on youtube and he has some free short meditations that are helpful. There are others. It is not a miracle cure and it helps....a little. Any help is good though.
