Pelvic Pain syndrome has returned.

After spending the last year going to the most wonderful P.T. at the S.L. reg. Hosp. I was finally feeling wonderful for the first time in years. Then a few days ago I fell on the ice and landed on my left side and hip(pelvic) region. I feel like it has undone everything I worked for. Since it happened at work, it was a worker's comp. injury. I can't very tell people that now all of my anus, pelivic muscles are tightened up again. Now when I sit for too long the area just behind my left scrotum kills me. I'm so discouraged. A whole year of therapy by the best physical therapist on the planet has been wiped out. Do I start all over? People who don't have pelvic pain syndrome think you're a little nuts. It's also to embrassing to talk about.

I would start again. What type of Physio work were they doing on you, internal, external, particular muscles?

Happy New Year.
